Terms & Conditions
All holidays in our brochure & online are operated by DISCOVER CA and sold subject to the following conditions:
1.1 When making a booking you will be accepting our terms & conditions, general information and pay a fixed amount on behalf of you and all members of your group to secure your services, which is non-refundable. You must be over the age of eighteen years old to make a booking with Discover CA. Any bookings made within 28 days of departure must be accompanied by 100% of the total tour cost to confirm your tour services. If Discover CA accept your booking, you will be sent a final confirmation or an invoice within seven days of receipt of your booking and a contract will be made between you and us as soon as a confirmation or invoice has been provided. You accept to all our Terms & Conditions when making a booking or using our services.
1.2 If booking online, it is your responsibility to ensure that all entered details are correct. If you realize that a mistake has been made after your booking has been confirmed, you must inform us within 12 hours after the receipt of your confirmation. If you fail to do so and subsequently wish to make amendments, the fees mentioned in clauses 4 & 5 of these terms will apply.
1.3 (a) All deposits paid are non-refundable.
1.4 (b) Minors cannot travel on their own. All bookings must have a legal guardian or adult over the age of 18, unless where dictated by law.
1.5 (c) If you book through a travel agent, the travel agent will hold your non-refundable deposit and any other payments until Discover CA send a confirmation of booking or invoice.
1.6 A binding contract between us comes into existence when Discover CA confirms your booking.
1.7 All our tours operate with allocated seating; we reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any time, even after boarding the mode of transportation. This may be necessary for operational, safety or security reasons but not limited to. Any indication of your seating is for reference only and may be subject to change at any time.
1.8 We may operate multiple coaches for our tours; your booking should be under one booking and with the same pickup should you wish to travel with any particulars for any given tour. Bookings can be subject to clause 1.7 of these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation by Client
By making of a hotel reservation or other services provided by WWW.UZTRIPS.COM , you accept and agree with cancellation policy, rules acting in case of non-arrival (no-show) and all additional terms and conditions of rendering services, specified in Public offer. General cancellation policy and actions in case of non-arrival are provided on our website at the hotel page, during the process of booking and e-mail confirmation of the booking. If you want to view, change or cancel your reservation, please refer to the electronic booking confirmation and follow the instructions therein.
Payment can be made:by bank transfer in US dollars (for nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan) and in UZB Sums at the rate of exchange of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the bank account of LLC DISCOVER CA online payment by VISA, MASTERCARD or any other major payment system.
4. Private information use
Company is obliged not to collect any personal information about you while you use the website, unless you provide it voluntarily by any means. The company is due to use the information given by you for a specific purpose only. The company keeps this information as well as relevant correspondence in its archives. The company is obliged not to disclose the information to non-associated third party unless it is required by Law. By means of your personal data sent by you to our company through the website you agree with the Company's use of this information.
The tour price and the local payment include:All accommodation as listed in the Tour Inclusions SectionAll transport listed in the Tour Inclusions SectionSight-seeing and meals as listed in the Tour Inclusions SectionThe services of a group leader as described in the Tour Inclusions SectionThe number of bags and luggage allowance may vary depending on your flight, destination, date, please check details with our customer service.
The tour price and the local payment do not include:Flights, excess baggage, visas, insurance, extra meals and drinks, items of personal nature, entrance fees, tips and all the other services not stated in the ‘Inclusions’ sections of this brochure or online.
7. Solo Passengers
Solo passengers have a few options while booking a tour. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers not wishing to pay a single supplement will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. The single supplement need only be paid if a room to oneself is requested and is additional to the tour fee.
Should a Client fail to join a tour, joins the tour after departure, or leave the tour prior to completion, no refund will be made.If any member of your party is prevented from travelling, that person may transfer their place to another suitable person (introduced by you and satisfying all the conditions applicable to the holiday) or change to an alternative date provided that written notice is given in advance. A “suitable person” is one who has completed the booking form, presented travel insurance, obtained approval to travel from us and the transferee agrees to these Booking Conditions and all other terms of the contract between us. Cancellation by the Client: If you are unable to find a replacement, cancellation charges as set out in the terms will apply. Otherwise, no refunds will be given for Clients not travelling or for unused services.
